Welcome to the nuts and bolts of our edragonmall.com enterprise- our Shipping & Returns policy. Granted, there's a lot of info here, but we've done our best to make it as concise as possible, because we know this part is frankly a bit of a bore.

COUNTRY OF DELIVERY: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES PRICE: 25 AED/Within 3kg PER ORDER ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: 1-3 WORKING DAYS

COUNTRY OF DELIVERY: MIDDLE EAST* PRICE: 60 AED ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: UP TO 6 WORKING DAYS * Middle East includes Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

When shipped outside the UAE, edragonmall.com items may be subject to import duties and taxes. edragonmall.com does not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. These costs will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery of your items and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items that are being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. COD service is currently available only for UAE.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

edragonmall.com insures every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves the warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your door. We require a signature for all delivered goods; once you’ve signed for your items, we are no longer responsible for them. If you’ve specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by edragonmall.com.

We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Saturday to Thursday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only, and we do not accept any liability for failure to deliver items within the stated delivery period.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We’ve developed a reputation for quality and excellent value and we are continually striving to improve further- we're a bit OCD like that. It's important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you do not love a product you receive, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, you contact us within seven days of purchase and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. We regret we are unable to accept returns from the Middle East*- all sales are final. Original shipping fees are unfortunately non refundable.

Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

Clothing and footwear items without the original packaging and tags

To make the process as smooth as possible for you, we also offer a secure courier collection service for all returns. There is a small charge for this, however we will simply deduct this from your refund automatically. Complimentary returns will only be arranged when the item is defective.

COUNTRY: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES COURIER FEES DEDUCTED FROM RETURNS: 25 AED

If you paid for your item by credit or debit card, then the amount paid for each item will be refunded directly onto your card- pease note that this can take up to five days to appear in your account. However, if you paid using our COD (cash on delivery) service, then we will refund your edragonmall.com account with store credit. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing once we have received your returned item. Promotions, discounts and original shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

Simply... 1. Log in to your edragonmall.com Account and select the Returns tab in your dashboard. 2. Fill out the short Returns Form listing the order number and reason for return. 3. We will respond to your request within two working days and if the item is still in its original packaging, will organise for your return item to be collected. 4. Once your returned item has been received you will be sent a confirmation email. ...And that's it!

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.



CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

We don't offer an exchange service as we want to make your return as efficient as possible. We will simply issue you with a refund if you have paid with either a credit or debit car, or furnish your account with store credit if you paid COD for your order.

 

  • edragonmall.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

About warranty

First of all, thank you for purchasing our products. Each product has a different warranty range and warranty time. Before you buy the product, please contact our customer service staff to understand.

1. The maintenance call on our website is only suitable for products purchased on our website edragonmall.com or 1/F, Block C, Souq (Next to Crony Fitness), International City Warsan2, Dubai.

2. Please make sure whether the product you purchased is still within the warranty period. Different products have different warranty scope and warranty time.

3. Please provide your proof of purchase, which is your order number, phone number, name, address and other information, as long as your purchase information matches our sales background data, if it is within the warranty date and range, we will definitely give You provide after-sales services without any shirk of responsibility.

4. If you buy CRONY products on other websites or physical stores, our website will not provide you with warranty services, sorry!

We have a CRONY brand, but we have a lot of stores selling products of this brand, and each of our stores independently calculates operating costs, so you buy in which store, you should ask this store for help You deal with after-sales issues, and the shop name is marked on your invoice.
